Greek Orzo

1 ½ c. uncooked orzo pasta
1 Bunch of Spinach cut up
1 jar of sundried tomatoes drained and chopped
½ red bell pepper
¼ c. red onion

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes; drain and cool

Mix rest of ingredients together and toss with

6 Tlbs. Olive Oil
4 Fresh Basil Leaves cut up
Feta
