2 c. chopped fresh basil
½ c. extra virgin olive oil
¼ c. macadamia nuts (or pine nuts)
1/3 c. grated parmesan
2 garlic cloves pressed
pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients in food processor
Serve on wraps or as dip for veggies

I looooove pesto! I use it instead of tomato sauce on homemade pizza. Or mix it into some alfredo sauce if you are feeling evil, and toss with pasta and veggies. The veggies make it less evil, right?
